As leaders and managers of our organizations, we should all strive towards excellence in everything we collectively do; this comes from a mindset of maturity. Organizational Maturity, as a measure of readiness and capability, is critical towards excellence in results.

The Organizational Excellence Program helps shape an organization from a current, undesired state, to an improved state of performance. Integrating continuous improvement in operations is important to grow existing markets, breakthrough to new opportunities, and keep the competition in check. These benefits, and more, contribute to higher results levels of finance, goodwill, morale, and performance.

So what is Business Maturity? Simply put, it is the state of organizational development of a business. Immature businesses approach day-to-day operations in an adhoc or seat-of-the-pants manner; more mature companies have formal systems that guide their activities. Immature businesses often miss their goals and objectives while their more mature counterparts can forecast and deliver on key performance indicators.
